此产品为氨苄青霉素（Ampicillin）用双蒸水溶解过滤后配成的溶液。

使用前须解冻后充分混匀；此溶液一般使用浓度为 100ug/ml，按照 100ml 培养基中加入 100ul（千分

之一）的量加入，混匀。如果倒平板，请确保培养基不烫手时再加入。

注意事项：

反复冻融易导致抗生素失效，如果每次的使用量很小，可以适当分装后再使用。
